When you contact us we will start out by answering your questions, by reviewing your concept and by helping you with your plans and design.  We will cover the normal criteria with you and make any suggestions we can offer.

We will come to your site and go over the physical obstacles and challenges with your engineers and surveyors, or, we can supply engineers and surveyors who are familiar with our installations.

We will further review the required radii and the type of equipment you desire, specs, prices and options available.  Although we do not sell the actual train, we do handle the details of the sale for the various manufactures.  We handle:

·        Custom Locomotive Trains and Equipment of Chicago,

·        Severn Lamb Trains and Equipment of England,

·        E.Transit Trolleys and Equipment of Orlando and

·        Hurlbut Trains and Equipment of California.

We can do a complete turn-key job for you including design, engineering, permitting, grading, track installation, landscaping, fences, railings, gates, signals, stations, platforms, electrical, sprinklers along the track right of way and cleanup, or any portion thereof as you desire.  At the time of quote, we will hand you a thorough line item breakdown for the total project for your information and consideration. 

As a part of our services, we provide optional items including but not limited to:

• stations,

• engine sheds,

• repair shops including a repair bunker,

• trolley barns,

• water towers,

• bridges and trestles,

• custom built switches,

• refurbished used rail road gates and crossing signals,

• refurbished used switch stands,

• rail (20# or 30#),

• ties (Wood, Metal or Plastic),

• rail clips,

• bolts,

• locomotive and bottle jacks,

• rail bending tools,

• rail installation tools – rail pry bars, gauge bars and miscellaneous. 

If you let us know your needs, we will quote all of these above options either FOB Orlando, Florida or fully installed and working at your site.
